"We have used Vaughn Backhoe for decades. They have always done a great job for us. We called them out repair our septic system and again, they did a great job. However, they decided to dig in a new spot without asking anyone or getting it checked for buried lines and they dug up the lines to our parking lot lights. We were very lucky no one was hurt. They then did finish the septic tank repair job, we paid them in full for their work, and they left. They never contacted us about the repairs to the electric damage they caused. We got a repair bid for over 1600.00 and let them know via phone message and email. We have heard nothing but crickets from them. I am going to continue to try to get this repair for damage they caused reimbursed by them but I have to get my lights fixed so I am out the 1600.00 for now. Very unprofessional. I am at a loss as to why they are not owning up to their responsibility in this. "

"You know a company is one of the best when you don't even end up using their services but they are able to direct you to someone who can provide what your needing. Sadly this type of customer service is lacking in the business world, I would recommend this company to anybody that is know. Give them some business!"

"Everybody in this business is very busy because of people putting septic systems. They came out and put mine in the way I want it done and they did a great job and I could not beat the price. They did everything that we agreed too. The county health department inspector recommended them over most of them"
